Pick-ups and deliveries can be made at our Dry Cleaners or we can come pick them up or deliver them with our own home service.
In Barcelona, the collection and delivery service at home is free of charge. Collection and delivery do not have to be in the same place
You can request the collection service in our On-line Dry Cleaning, where you can register the items of clothing that you leave with us and you can make the payment through our secure payment gateway.

You can schedule the day and time slot that best suits your needs, you can deliver your clothes to our dry cleaners and receive them at home.
We need a time slot of two hours to arrive.

Our mobile application is CleanClaud and it is available for mobile phones as well as for mobile phones with the Android operating system on Google Play.
The application will ask you for the country and the name of our Dry Cleaners, Detiquette (Detiquette Workshop, SL).
Access from our web page takes you directly to the application and the data you provide us both on the web, in the application or in our Physical Dry Cleaning, is in the only database we have.
You can register your payment card, in order to speed up the process and make it easier for the person you designate to receive the clothes without waiting for payment or exchange.

You will have the possibility to write down all the clothes you leave with us, so that we can do the Dry Cleaning service for you. You can also write down the sewing or cobbler jobs, the most common ones are priced, and if other jobs are needed we will call you to tell you the amount, (without commitment) so you can decide.
PAYMENT
You can make the payment when you review the delivery note by mail, which gives you the option of being able to do it through the application's payment gateway.
You can also do it by card when you check it at home with a credit card and in the store we accept both cash and card.
Once the payment is made you can check the status.
COLLECTION AND DELIVERY
All the possible combinations between you taking them to us or picking them up, the clothes, at the Dry Cleaners and/or the home service.
The collection and delivery address may be different, as long as it is in Barcelona.
But if you can't be there for the delivery or collection of the clothes at home, you can use the Clik&Car service, which consists of ordering and paying online_cc781905-5cde-3194-bb3b -136bad5cf58d_ and we will pick it up or deliver it to your car without the need for you to get out of it.
